Well, my fitness log looks pitiful this week. I promise an improvement next week. At least having to post it is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do : keeping me accountable.

April 19 - 30min. Walk with the dogs
April 20 - 30min. Walk with the dogs
April 21 - Traipsing all around town with my parents all afternoon
April 22 - Nothing
April 23 - Nothing
April 24 – 45 min walk on the Marsh Trail, and 30 min. walk with the dogs
Steph :
N/A – But I will say that he was there on most dog walks (all but one I think) And he wasn’t on the Marsh trail this afternoon with me and Guylaine.

Great start!
It may not be the workouts you were used to, but the key is that you’re *moving* and doing it regularly. Keeping active is the goal! It would be nice to do those crazy workouts, but really, who can keep up a schedule like that long term? Seriously!
That’s 30 min+ of exercise 4 of 6 days – I think that’s great! Maybe get a pedometer and see if you can get to 10,000 steps a day?
Okay…so when is S going to “get with the program” and start journaling with you? :)
